The Busy Bees Benefits team has a wealth of experience in launching, administering and developing Childcare Voucher schemes. Our knowledge and professionalism, combined with a passion for delivering only the highest level of customer service, makes us a fantastic team to deal with.

Management team

John is widely recognised within the nursery and Childcare Voucher marketplaces.

He co-founded the first Busy Bees nursery in 1983 and has remained with the business to oversee its continued expansion, including the launch, development and sale of Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers, the UK's largest dedicated Childcare Voucher provider.

John has spearheaded the launch of Busy Bees Benefits and continues to believe in delivering a world class service to all customers.

Jo is Finance Director at Busy Bees Benefits and oversees all financial matters within the growing business.

Previously Financial Controller of the Busy Bees Nursery Group, Finance Director of Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers and an original member of the successful team that made Busy Bees the best known Childcare Voucher provider in the UK, Jo has vast knowledge of the childcare sector.

As an experienced financial professional, Jo ensures client funds – the money we receive from organisations to fund their employee's Childcare Vouchers – are safe by helping to build robust, efficient and secure systems. She uses her natural financial astuteness and commercial awareness to maximise the profitability of Busy Bees Benefits.

In her spare time, Jo enjoys spending time with her children.

With a wealth of business experience, Louise is Head of Operations for Busy Bees Benefits. It is Louise's responsibility to manage the operational service delivery, staff, business processes and procedures.

Louise was part of the original Busy Bees Childcare Voucher business, helping to build the company to become the best known provider of Childcare Vouchers in the UK.

An experienced, professional and respected leader with more than five years experience in the employee benefits marketplace, Louise is driven by empowering her team to provide outstanding service and gain customer satisfaction.

Away from work, Louise enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, entertaining, music and the theatre.

With extensive experience of working within a sales environment, Jackie manages the sales team based at our head office.

Jackie joined Busy Bees Benefits after working as Call Centre Operations Manager for Bibby Consulting and Support, where she was responsible for a team of 34 telemarketers and administrative staff.

Attracted to the business because of its reputation within the childcare industry, at Busy Bees Benefits Jackie sets her teams' goals in line with company targets, reviews their performance and monitors their activity. She also identifies new potential customers through industry and market research and lead generation activity.

Away from work, Jackie likes spending time with her family, friends and two shih tzu dogs as well as regularly going to the cinema.

James Whatmore, Internal Sales (Projects)

Driven and ambitious, James is a member of the Projects team responsible for generating new business and revenue across the UK. He also arranges appointments for the National Field Sales team.

With five years of sales experience, James has always worked within a target-driven environment and enjoys exceeding his personal and professional goals.

A keen pianist, James likes to spend his time away from work with his friends and family.
