Busy Bees Benefits - Benefits We Offer

Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers

Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers are an employee benefit and can be used to pay for all forms of registered childcare for children up to the age of 16. As part of a salary sacrifice scheme, working parents may save up to £1,196* a year.

How it works

To benefit from the scheme, parents simply exchange a part of their salary for the same amount of Childcare Vouchers and use them to pay the childcare provider of their choice – this could be a nursery, childminder, nanny, out of school club or holiday camp. Independent schools also accept Childcare Vouchers for elements of the care they offer.

Childcare Vouchers are non-taxable, up to £243 per parent, per month or £55 per parent, per week, and do not attract either employer or employee National Insurance contributions. This saving can help significantly towards a parent's childcare costs.

*Subject to individual circumstances

Employment Law

Our employment law scheme enables organisations to access unlimited advice on employment issues. It is cost-effective and flexible, allowing businesses of all sizes to take advantage of this scheme.

How it works

Our expert solicitors offer unlimited advice and review your employment contracts, policies and procedures for one simple monthly fee. Some of our schemes will also defend employment tribunal claims and any compensation awarded.

We will work with you to ensure we understand what you want to achieve from using our scheme and advise you accordingly; we know that each organisation is different and so we won’t offer a “one service fits all” scheme and we don’t operate a call centre. You will be allocated a solicitor who will be your main point of contact and get to know you and your organisation and work with you to achieve your goals.
