When you register with us, our operating system will automatically search for you on your governing body's website to make sure you are appropriately registered with them. In cases where we are unable to locate you, we will contact you to ask for a copy of your certificate.

How do working parents pay me?

Working Parents choose how you receive the value of their Childcare Voucher. In most cases, they will do this electronically from their online account, so that the process is quick and easy. If you prefer to receive a paper Voucher, parents have the ability to print them off and hand them to you. We will credit your bank account with the value of the Childcare Voucher, as long as the parent has sufficient funds in their account.
