Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers can be used by working parents to pay for all forms of registered childcare for children up to the age of 16. As part of a salary sacrifice scheme, each working parent may save up to £933.12* per year.

To benefit from the scheme, working parents simply exchange a part of their salary for the same amount of Childcare Vouchers and use them to pay the childcare provider of their choice. This is known as a salary sacrifice scheme.

How to register for childcare vouchers

If your employer operates our scheme, you will be able to register online using a unique web link that we will send to you. By following the links, you can complete the relevant forms quickly and easily.

Working parents looking to register will need to have a recent payslip to hand and the details of the registered carer who will be receiving the Childcare Vouchers.
