Workplace Parking Overview

Parking at work can be difficult and expensive, especially when the workplace is located in a town or city centre. The Workplace Parking scheme can make parking easier and more cost-effective. Employees pay to receive a parking permit at a designated car park at or near their place of work. Operated via salary sacrifice, employees will make tax and National Insurance savings of up to 42% on the cost of the parking permit.

  • Reduce employee lateness
  • Organisation saves up to 13.8%
  • Easy to set up
  • Simple administration
  • Improve morale
  • Increase retention

Due to recent changes in Government policies - Work Place Parking (WPPS) is available under the Salary Sacrifice scheme as it stands until April 2017 and any employee that takes out WPPS before this date will be able to continue with the Scheme until April 2018.
The Scheme will then be closed to new entries after April 2017.
