The programme provides a telephone counselling service and an online help system to assist with a wide range of issues in areas such as stress, relationship difficulties, bereavement, anxiety, family worries, alcohol/drug abuse, employment and financial concerns.

The service is staffed by medical professionals who are all members of the British Association Counselling Psychotherapy. The use of trained, licensed professionals means that only the best help and support is provided.

All parts of the scheme are confidential – whether telephone or online, the Employee Assistance Programme only passes overall statistics back to your employer (unless you choose to opt out) and you can also choose to remain anonymous if you wish.
